  • Pelvic floor (Kegel) with a guided visual timer
  • Walking and swimming with suggested durations
  • Prenatal yoga and stretching adapted to your trimester

Every exercise is recommended based on the guidelines for your specific week. You don’t have to research what’s safe to do: the app already knows.

Every week you receive dedicated content for your psychological wellbeing, carefully written and based on scientific research. Not generic tips, but reflections designed for the week you’re living through.

From support groups to prenatal anxiety, from sleep management to changes in your relationship. Real topics, addressed with respect and without condescension.

If you need help, you’re not alone

Sometimes tracking isn’t enough. Sometimes you need help, and asking for it is the bravest thing you can do. Ribbon Care includes direct access to emergency resources and mental health support: helplines, your family doctor, the nearest support center.

You don’t have to face everything alone. And you don’t have to Google it at 3 AM. The button is there, always.

Everything you record in the You section stays exclusively on your iPhone. It’s not shared with your partner, not synced to any external server, and we at Ribbon have absolutely no way to access it.
